  Our Difference
     
 
 
  1. We link training to both an organization’s strategic objectives and to the needs of its managers and employees.
  Training obtains business results.
 
  2. We design training to that motivates adults to learn.
  Managers and employees want to learn (as opposed to feeling obliged to).
 
  3. We schedule workshops over a longer period of time rather than cramming material into a one or two day workshop.
  Managers and employees have an opportunity to practice and obtain feedback on their newly acquired skills – they actually retain and use their knowledge.
 
  4. Our trainers have both facilitating and business experience.
  Workshop participants benefit from the facilitators’ combined teaching and business experience – as opposed to relying on academics with little business experience or businesspeople with little facilitating experience.
 
  5. We are dedicated to ensuring that newly acquired skills are transferred to the workplace by working with management to remove inevitable barriers (we are trainers with business experience).
  The training actually achieves its objectives because it really does get transferred to the workplace.
