    1.Cirque Du Soleil
– Designing and delivering a customized leadership program for senior and mid level managers in Canada, the U.S.A. and Europe. Program is of 2-year duration including short modules, coaching support and other leadership initiatives to supplement training.



2.Forensic Technology (WAI) Inc.
– Designed and delivered superior customer service workshop for all company employees in Canada, the U.S.A. and Ireland. Designed and delivered leadership/management program for management team. Provided consulting services in the areas of strategic planning, marketing planning, company structure and one-on-one managerial coaching. Annual employee survey revealed positive impact of training.



3. IMS HEALTH
– Working with the McGill University Center for Continuing Education, helped design and deliver a leadership/management training program for the entire management team. Annual company survey revealed positive impact of training. Extended leadership training for all employees



4. Pfizer
– Working with internal department on team awareness and team-building issues. This is an ongoing project also involving the use of change management techniques to help the team integrate several new members as the result of a corporate acquisition.



5. Future Electronics
– Delivered coaching workshop to group of senior executives. Initiated leadership workshops for 140 sales managers throughout North America. Feedback was very positive.



6. Berkshire Group
– Working with senior management to develop and implement several key marketing initiatives that have been instrumental in increasing sales.



7. Professional Pharmaceutical
– Providing executive one-on-one coaching services to senior managers in company. Resulting in significant improvement in managers’ interpersonal communication and leadership skills.



8. Abbott Laboratories
– In collaboration with an associate company, successfully designed and delivered a change management workshop to internal team.


9. Aldo Group
- Designed and delivered a two-day "boot camp" for a group of 70 employees focused on creativity & innovation. Resulted in 2 concrete action plans implemented by two different teams.



10. Bell Nexxia
– Provided consulting services to improve the productivity of an internal sales team. Recommendations were accepted and successfully implemented by senior team leader.

– Designed and facilitated a creativity & innovation seminar for a team of technical trainers that produced several outstanding solutions to pressing issues.

– Designed and delivered a team-building workshop for an internal finance team.
